This information is provided to the party concerned for the processing of personal data (the “Data”) pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 (the “Privacy Code”). For the purposes of this informative notice, party concerned by the processing data means the natural person (and his/her affiliated entity) or legal person, who wishes to send a message to Difa Cooper SpA, the data controller (the “Controller”). The person concerned is informed that the required data that will be provided in connection with medicine monitoring activities, which Difa Cooper is required to undertake by law, will be collected and processed solely for the proper realisation of related and instrumental activities for the purposes of medicine monitoring, for example: (i) identification of any unexplained adverse reactions; (ii) improving and enhancing information on suspected adverse reactions that are already known about; (iii) assessment of the causal relationship between the administration of the drug and the adverse reaction observed; (iv) communication of this information to ensure that the drugs used have a favourable benefit/risk profile for the population.
Obviously, the information provided will also be used for the fulfilment of legal, regulatory and regulatory obligations, as well as those arising from provisions issued by the Authorities which are legitimated by law and by supervisory and control bodies.
The Data will be processed by the controller solely in relation to the purposes expressed by the messages received, for example, to respond to any requests or to provide information about Difa Cooper products. The Data will be processed with the help of electronic tools and with logical procedures to optimise processing in compliance with the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code.
Personal data may also be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union solely for the purposes set out above.
We recommend not sending Sensitive Data (including, for example, data related to health, religious beliefs and political opinions), which will in any case be immediately deleted. The person concerned can contact the controller at the above-mentioned addresses to exercise the rights provided for by the Privacy Code (Article 7), and in particular to access the Data, ask for correction and updating, or to object to processing for legitimate reasons.
