Information pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code

We provide the following information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Purpose of the processing

Data can be collected for the following purposes:
1) Contact management
2) Sending commercial communications, news, updates on DifaCooper Spa initiatives

Processing Method

Data will be processed as follows:
1) collection of data in single-opt mode, in a dedicated database;
2) recording and processing on paper and/or magnetic media;
3) Organisation of archives in predominantly automated format, in accordance with the Minimum Security Measures technical specifications, Annex B to the Privacy Code.

Parties to whom personal data may be disclosed

Collected data may be communicated to parties who have access to the data, in accordance with the law or secondary and/or community legislation.

Rights of the party concerned

Pursuant to article 7 (Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights) of the Privacy Code, the following are your rights with respect to the processing of data:
– to know, by means of free access, the existence of data processing that may concern you;
– to be informed of the nature and purpose of the processing
– obtain from the controller, without delay:
– confirmation of the existence or absence of personal data concerning you, even if you have not yet been registered, and communication of the data and its origin in intelligible format, as well as the logic and the purposes on which the processing is based; the request may be renewed, subject to the existence of justified grounds, at a minimum frequency of ninety days;
– deletion, transformation into anonymous format or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, including data that does not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
– updating, rectification or, if required, integration of existing data;
– objection, for legitimate reasons to partial or total processing of personal data concerning you, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
