Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, helps maintain normal bones and teeth, and supports normal immune system function. Aspalathus linearis, Polypodium leucotomos, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E have antioxidant properties and help protect cells from oxidative stress.

HOW TO USE
It is recommended to take one capsule per day with plenty of water.
The capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in a glass of water. Once dissolved, it should be consumed immediately.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
For use by children, pregnant women, or lactating women, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct sources of heat. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in its unopened, properly stored packaging. Sun exposure should be avoided during peak radiation hours (11:00–16:00).
